Pipeline Tracker is a digital product delivered as a Microsoft Excel file (.xlsx). It is downloaded instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of instant digital file delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable.

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you experience a genuine technical issue, we will work to resolve it or issue a refund.
