Pipeline Tracker is a product of MutualCore Solutions Ltd., a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Pipeline Tracker, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Description

Pipeline Tracker is a macro-free Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file (.xlsx) designed for sales pipeline management. It is a digital product delivered electronically as a single file download after purchase.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a single-user license. You may use the file on multiple devices you own and make backup copies for personal use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify the file for resale. You may not remove or alter copyright notices, reverse-engineer formulas, or extract design elements for use in other products.

3. Delivery

Pipeline Tracker is delivered as a digital download through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. After a successful purchase, you will receive a download link via email and on the checkout confirmation page. MutualCore Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for download failures caused by your email provider, internet connection, or device configuration.

4. System Requirements

Pipeline Tracker requires Microsoft Excel 2016 or later (desktop or mobile) on Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android. The product uses Excel-specific features including data validation, conditional formatting, and dynamic formulas. It does not work in Google Sheets, LibreOffice, or other spreadsheet applications. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Metrics, calculations, and analyses produced by the product are for informational and planning purposes only. MutualCore Solutions Ltd. makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output for any particular business decision. You should independently verify all material figures before acting upon them.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MUTUALCORE SOLUTIONS LTD. OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to this product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid.

7. Data and Privacy

Pipeline Tracker operates entirely on your local device. MutualCore Solutions Ltd. does not collect, transmit, store, or process any data you enter into the product. You are solely responsible for the security, backup, and handling of your data, including any personal or confidential business information. 8. Intellectual Property

All design elements, formulas, conditional formatting logic, dashboard layouts, analytical structures, and instructional content within Pipeline Tracker are the exclusive intellectual property of MutualCore Solutions Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of any component is prohibited under applicable copyright law, including the Copyright Act (Canada), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (USA), the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act (UK), and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

9. No Obligation to Update

MutualCore Solutions Ltd. does not guarantee ongoing updates, feature additions, bug fixes, or continued availability. Future versions, if any, may be released at our sole discretion. Your purchase does not entitle you to any future version or enhancement.

10. Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Pipeline Tracker complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and industry requirements in your jurisdiction, including data protection laws (such as GDPR, PIPEDA, or CCPA), financial reporting regulations, and sector-specific compliance obligations.

11. Payment and Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax calculation and collection, and transaction compliance on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Questions about charges, receipts, or payment issues should be directed to Lemon Squeezy's support or to us at info@pipelinetracker.co.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of instant digital file delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described (for example, a corrupted download or a file that fails to open in a supported version of Microsoft Excel), contact us at info@pipelinetracker.co within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order details and a description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. Refund requests for reasons other than technical defects (such as change of mind, lack of use, or incompatibility with unsupported software) are not eligible.

Refunds, where approved, are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users in other jurisdictions acknowledge that local laws may vary and agree that Ontario law governs to the maximum extent permitted. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
